EMF Mitigation Symptom Ratings: Phase 1 Replication Study
Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity, also known as EMF Sensitivity, is a condition with symptoms like skin problems and nervous system issues, often triggered by exposure to EMFs from our environment. These symptoms can resemble those experienced by people with chemical sensitivities. Experts recommend limiting EMF exposure, but in our technology-driven world, it’s increasingly difficult to avoid EMFs, making EMF mitigation crucial. FLFE offers an EMF mitigation service to ease these symptoms, helping our bodies adapt to these fields. This research study aims to build on previous research and further validate the effects of this service.
The study involved 40 self-identified EMF-sensitive individuals with no prior exposure to the FLFE service. Participants filled out three questionnaires on the intensity and frequency of 30 common EMF symptoms over 45 days. After completing a baseline questionnaire on Day 0, the FLFE service was activated on their property and mobile device (or a portable object).
Follow-up surveys were conducted on Days 15 and 45. Data collection occurred remotely between April 2022 and August 2023, in the home or personal environment of each participant.
FLFE’s goals were to measure the subjective effect of its EMF mitigation on EMF-sensitive individuals, identify ways to improve the service, and justify further research into its effects.
