The Hydration SituationĀ
October 30, 2018
https://vimeo.com/298277649 (0:00)Ā Jeffrey ā These are our findings tonight on hydration levels the general public for FLFE, free trial participants and for subscribers, Iām Jeffrey Stegman. And IāmĀ ClaytenĀ Stedmann. I hand it off to youĀ Clayten.Ā ClaytenĀ ā So weāre going to talk a lot tonight about scales and percentages and that type of language, so weād better frame the language first for anybody thatās new tonight and a good refresher for those of us have heard it before. Weāre going to use several scales primary go to scale is the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness because itās such a high calibrating scaleĀ , it calibrates already at 840, weāre also going to use a percentage scale on a scale of one to 100, where 100 represents a certain value, which weāll talk about. And the other scale weāre going to use is a parallel scale to the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness. So that is a scale where you choose what you want to have parallel to the Hawkins map, so that you can take advantage of all of the thinking and the research to thatās going into that Scale of Consciousness and corresponding high level of truth associated with it. So, for example, weāre going to talk tonight about on a scale of one to 100, where 100 represents 100% of the population, what percentage are hydrated at a basic level, and then weāll talk about different levels as we move towards optimal. And then weāll talk about people on the free trial with FLFE. Weāll talk about people who are subscribers, thatās people who are on the service over 90 days, and then weāll talk about some other hydration tips that we keep learning aboutĀ and, andĀ open up for questions. Thereās more and more information we have on hydration all the time, and weāre going to have a bigger and better Resource Center even after tonight on our webpage. Weāre going to upgradeĀ that,Ā we have some other interesting plans for the future.Ā So, we were curious as to what percentage of the population would be kind of hydrated. So, the scale we use on a scale of one to 100, 100 represents 100% of the population on the planet Earth on average of the previous 30 days, our calibrations came out that 80% of the general population is chronically dehydrated. So chronically dehydrated, in our definition, would be onĀ a scale parallel to the Hawkins a Scale of Consciousness where 1000 represents the most appropriate level of hydration for the human being, the level of appropriateness of the average person in the general populace on average over the previous weāll say, 30 days would be above 200? No. So that would be the inquiry and the answer? If we go to the next level up what percentage of the population is between 200 and 500 hundred out of 1000 on a parallel scale on the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness, where 1000 represents the most appropriate hydration level. About 11%, or two to 500 out of 1000 from a 5% or 500 to 750 out of 1000, 3% are 750 to 900 out of 1000, and only one percent, or 900 to 1000 out of 1000. So thatās our research, I have friends and clients with clients in the health field. And we do talk about hydration quite a bit. And weāre always looking for new ways to understand how important waterĀ is actually, itāsĀ probably hydrating liquid would be a better way of saying it. So thatās even a big distinction just there. Because water isnāt the only hydrating substance that we have. Itās just the main one that weāre used to talking about.Ā (5:00)Ā Jeffrey ā I think itās just an amazing statistic, that 80% of the general population isĀ below 200Ā on this scale as far as hydration goes, I mean, that that means that, you know, things arenāt working very well, theyāre probably tired, you know, they may have cardiovascular issues I mean itās 80% of the population. Thatās just thatās an astounding figure to me. Thereās lots of data out there about how to be hydrated and weāll go through some of the recommendations that we see and sort of how we measure the effectiveness of those recommendations. And what weāre recommending. So, when we see people come in for the free trial, during that two weeks of the free trial, about 60% of free trial participants fall into that same range of being chronically dehydrated. So thatās 200 and below. So thatās the good news is, thatās much better than the standard population of 80%, that means people are, you know, more of the people that come in that are interested in the free trial are better hydrated. And whatās interesting is, subscribers are 45% of subscribers are chronically dehydrated. So thatās even better that to look at the positive side of it, that even more people are well hydrated or hydrated. But we can dig into the details a little bit, itās interesting with subscribers, so all you subscribers out there, you might find this interesting. And this is looking over the past 90 days. So, if youāve been a subscriber for 90 days, so 30% of subscribers are between 200 and 500 on the Hawkins map in hydration. So that compares to 11% of the general population. And again, we said 45% were 200 or below in hydration.Ā SoĀ itās just recalling the Hopkins map 200 is the level where things become positive above that, and negative below. so, I figure of 200 on the Hawkins map or below means, you know, youāre probably struggling due to your hydration. And whatās amazing is that our bodies get used to that the human system is so adaptable. So, when someoneās 500 to 750 on the Hawkins map, where 15% of subscribers are ā they are starting to feel a lot better if youāre getting more optimal amounts of hydration. And then 10% of subscribers are in the 750 to 900 range. And thatāsĀ prettyĀ extraordinaryĀ range, only 3% of the general population were in that range. And then we have 5% of subscribers that are between 900 and 1000 in their hydration level and that thatāsĀ really good. You know, thatās really,Ā really wellĀ hydrated.Ā So, if youāre new if youāre coming in as a free trial experiencer, or if youāre new to your FLFE subscription, just take some patience with yourself as you move into drinking more hydrating liquid because when weāre dehydrated, chronically, the thirst receptors are not working as well. We may not feel thirsty. And then when we start drinking, we may just be flushing it out quickly. So, it takes some time to acclimate. And the minerals, putting minerals into the water really helps us to retain it. And to have the body use it optimally, to be optimally hydrating for us.Ā ClatyenĀ ā I just want to talk just a little bit about how easy it is to be dehydrated, one cup of coffee requires two and a half to three times the amount of water to process that one cup of coffee. So, if youāre not drinking much water and have a cup of coffee, itās a 12-ounce cup, then youāre 30 to 36 ounces behind if you will. And itās just itās very easy to get into the habit of using stimulants to create energy. And so, we have lots of you know, drinks these days, like red bull and different types of energy drinks and coffees to stimulate obviously, some types of teas have a lot of caffeine, caffeine is a stimulant, chocolate, you know, has caffeine in it.Ā (10:00)Ā So, itās just veryĀ common in our societyĀ to try to have the energy through a means that is going to cost our body resources, instead of having it be a natural result of a body thatās well hydrated and exercised and taken care of. We just use the stimulants to kind of get us through the day. And, and over time it pays I mean, in looking at hydration research they talk about how the body creates alkalinity if thereās not enough alkaline foods or enough water. And what it does is it takes calcium from the bones. And so thatās part of the contribution to many people having osteoporosis. And Iām not an expert on that. But Iāve seen it enough times. And weāve tested the level of consciousness of that research. And it integrous. So, thereās a lot more to say about hydration, we just sort of wanted to remind everybody tonight and add a few levels of information that we hadnāt added before. So again, the same with pop, if you drink a can of pop a day itās three x to recover that in water, just to neutralize the acids in your body.Ā Jeffrey ā We donāt want it to sound like weāre lecturing and shaming anyone. We all need to work at it. It takes a little practice and time. And once you get those habits down, it does seem to go much easier, for me one of the big habits with taking a big bottle of water up to bed at night. So, when I get up in the morning, thatās the first thing I do is drink, you know, almost aĀ litreĀ of water. And that just gets me at least even, you know, starting the day. So, getting that habit and remembering to do that has really helped me with my hydration individually.Ā ClaytenĀ ā Yeah, Iāve gotten into the habit of bringing this jug of water to work. And I donāt leave the office 90% of the time until I have drunk it all. I used to get up in the morning and look out into the sky through the living room window and have a liter of warm water and half-liter of room temperature water and drink that first thing in the morning. And I got out of the habit. So yes, weāre creatures of habit. If you can make it easy to have a good habit and more likely to succeed.Ā Jeffrey ā So some of the benefits of optimal hydration are first the clearing a metabolic and healing waste and thatās something we talk a lot about in FLFE because the additional energy in the FLFE field, especially as new people, come in, as free trial or new subscription, the body now has more money in the bank and it goes to work doing healing that additional energy and that additional water helps clear out that waste from those metabolic process in your body. Muscle and joint functionĀ isĀ improved with optimal hydration, weāve more fluid in our joints, people could find that they get a reduction in pain. My father had some joint pain in his ankles and once he got his hydration up, it went away so that it really does make a difference. Brain function is also very dependent on hydration and energy level likeĀ ClaytenĀ said, we can drink more fluids and be hydrated and have energy level and we donāt need that cup of coffee in the afternoon and then cardiovascular health just having enough fluid to pump around you know, the heart doesnāt have to work harderĀ ā that thereās the optimal amount of fluid in the body.Ā SoĀ what about the waterĀ Clayten? What would you say is optimal water? And what scale would you measure that on?Ā ClaytenĀ ā Yeah, so people have asked us in the past well how do I know which water is good for me and how we measure it, and if I was to buy a filter whatās the kind of most reasonably priced filtration system, I can find to give me decent consistent water? So, weāve got some thoughts about that. So, when we look at a parallel scale to the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness, and weāre looking at any substance thatās a food which water is, weāre always looking for at least 600 out of 1000 as a food.Ā (15:00)Ā Now Iām saying we, and again we are not trying toĀ shameĀ people,Ā we what we eat, and not all of it is optimal food, you know, some of its entertainment food, or I habit food or whatever kind of food it is, but weāre looking to have something be over 600 in terms of water. So, the inquiry would be on a scale parallel to the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness, where 1000 represents the most appropriate water source for the body. Weāre looking for 600. So typically, bottled spring waters are overĀ 600Ā youĀ buy them in five-gallon jugs.Ā If youāre looking to get a filter, we have one in the office. I have one at home, Jeff has one at home and we have a reverse osmosis and activated carbon charcoal in the office plus a device that removes any negative energy from the water. We donāt really need it around here because weāre in a small town but if you live in a big city if you recall Dr.Ā EmotosĀ work on the energy of a thought on water it changes the structure of the water when you have a lot of negative thoughts so if your water is coming through a big city you may want to get one of those. There are two filters ā two companies that have reasonably priced filters that brings the average water to 600 and thereās one called Berkey. And thereās another company called ProĀ PurĀ and they areĀ pretty reasonablyĀ priced, and they have a high level of standard in terms of the cleanliness of the water.Ā There are better companies that have better filters, weāre not in the water filter comparison, business, itās not what we do, we just wanted to give you a couple of entry-level reasonably priced systems that you can look at picking up for yourself. And Iāve used Iāve used one of these myself, and I had a friend who used the other and it was good water.Ā JeffreyĀ āĀ We will be putting some of these recommendations weāre going to be talking about on the website in the hydration page, which you can find through the search function on the website. So, the other important piece about hydrating liquids is minerals. So, we recommend an eighth of a teaspoon of sea salt per liter of water. And we have some other recommendations as well. But itās interesting that sea salt is more appropriate than Himalayan salt. Many people like Himalayan salt for its taste. But sea saltĀ actually hasĀ more minerals in it of different kinds. So again, thatās the eighth teaspoon per liter. Thereās also a company calledĀ AmbayaĀ Gold. They have a product essence of life and itās a fulvic mineral. And I use it my water, itās a slightly yellow color, worksĀ really wellĀ for hydration. Thereās another company that does a fulvic ionic mineral, which is called fulvic ionic minerals companyĀ āĀ optimallyĀ organic again, weāll put these on the website. And then interestingly,Ā EmergenĀ C many of you know that for these vitamin C packets, they have an electro mix, itāsĀ really good. Itās good for 99% of people, it does have stevia in it. So, if you donāt like stevia you could steer clear, but it has magnesium and potassium and other minerals in it. We found that that to be good as well.Ā ClaytenĀ ā Yes, we just the reason we mentioned sea salt first is itās probably the least expensive option. So, when we were looking at water research, even today, we were seeing all this conflicting information. One person saying this one person saying that and we sort of thought to ourselves, well, I wonder what the truth of these perceptions are. So thatās the great thing about kinesiology, you can measure the truth or the lack thereof. So, we looked at one group of research and it said that they recommend eight ounces of water a day 8 times a day, weāllĀ 8 ouncesĀ of a hydrating liquid a day because weāre trying to get out of the thought habit of just thinking of water is the only thing that hydrates.Ā (20:00)Ā So, the 8 x 8 rule ā 8 oz. of water 8 times a day.Ā And that wasĀ 200 out of 1000. And so, what we determined from that as we went through the rest of this research, which weāll share is that it didnāt really consider size or weight. And so, itās going to have a minimal amount of truth to it because you reallyĀ have toĀ start to consider the size of the person the weight of the person and eventually the activity level. So thatās just kind of something we really were reminded of today.Ā Another source said that men would drink about 15.5 cups of eight ounces of water of 8-ounce cups a day or 3.7 liters, and women would drink about 11.5 cups or 2.7 liters a day. And that calibrated at 540. So, there was a distinction there between men and women, because men are a little bit larger overall than women. And so, they see a little more truth there. Because thereās a difference considering size, and even gender I assume that is mostly based on the size of the person. And we have a referral partner, a friend of ours, Dr. Rashid Buttar advancedmedicine.com and he suggests that we look at a guideline of about half of our body weight in ounces of water per day, or half of our body weight and hydrating liquid per day. And we calibrated that, and it came outĀ pretty closeĀ to 1000 of 1000 as a guideline. And weāll have to dig into that a little bit more.Ā And we were looking at for our people on our free trial, especially the first week because youāre getting all of that increased energy in the body and the bodyās going to take that increased energy and do and use its own innate intelligence to do the healing and the cleaning out that itās wanted to do, but maybe didnāt have the resources. So, for our first for our free trial, we suggest about two-thirds of the weight in ounces of water per day. And then back off to about half your weight in ounces of water, once youāre a subscriber and really, you know, try to get those minerals and get that 1//8th teaspoon of sea salt per liter for about 34 ounces of water, just to help the body hold on to the water and be able to use it. Because if weāve been toĀ hydratedĀ for a while or thirst detectors start to get desensitized. And our body will tend to flush the water the first day or two. So, youāll be going to the bathroom a lot which is kind of annoying. But then the body starts to acclimatize to have more resources and the thirst detectors turn back on and the body is able to hang on the water and the minerals just really help shorten that process and help the body optimize the water thatās coming in.Ā Jeffrey ā I think when we did those original calibrations on the half the body weight in ounces per day at 1000, the advanced medicine or Dr. Buttars recommendation, I think that was for all people? Wasnāt that for the general population? (Yes) And you know, our recommendation reallyĀ takes into accountĀ the, the extra energy asĀ ClaytenĀ is saying on FLFE. So thatās why we start with two thirds, which is whatās on our website. And, you know, we donāt, weāre not doctors, weāre not making medical recommendations or advice. And you should always listen to your body and see how you feel and make sure you feel good with the amount of water youāre drinking. And it will be a little bit uncomfortable at first. But you know, these many of these recommendations are in the same range.Ā So, we highly recommend that you give it a try, at least for a couple of days and see how you feel. And keeping a log is a great way to do that. Where you just have a pad of paper that you carry with you. And however much you drink, you write it down. And you really see at the end of the day, how much youāve had. Because many of us are as we said in the beginning of the webinar in our habits. We think weāre drinking plenty of water. We think weāre drinking a lot of water. And then when we really look at it, we see well gee, I only drank four glasses of water all day. So, itāsĀ really importantĀ to keep track, you know, for a short amount of time till you really understand what your habits are. And what you what youāreĀ actually drinkingĀ every day.Ā (25:00)Ā ClaytenĀ ā Yes. So, weāve got aĀ few questions here. Debbie asks I have someone that I live with who has a heart issue where sheās been told that she cannot exceed 64 ounces a day of liquid and when she does, she starts to gain weight. And if she gains more than three pounds in a day, then sheĀ has toĀ take a water pill that has raises some havoc. So, I just wonder, if youāve had anyone else with this fluid restriction, and what you would advise?Ā ClaytenĀ ā We have had other people with the fluidĀ restrictionĀ and we advise you to listen to your doctor. There are conditions that weāre not aware of, weāre talking but the general populace someone is reasonably healthy and yeah, absolutely listen to your doctor.Ā Jeffrey ā We donāt have any advice beyond that on thatĀ particular subject. But listening to your body and listen to your doctor isĀ definitely theĀ way to go. How about you Debbie? How house howās it going for you?Ā DebbieĀ āĀ OhĀ man. Well I drink I drink quite a bit of fluid and IĀ actually haveĀ been losing weight on purpose for the last six months and Iāve been drinking water and a lot of times lemon water before and after I eat. I drew I do drink coffee in the morning, but Iāve been able to cut it in half lately not even really trying hard just kind of saying I think Iāll switch over to some hot tea instead or just have some more lemon water and Iāve lost close to 37 pounds and I feel great. I also haveĀ KangonĀ water and I donāt know if youāve done any research into that. It apparently helps to make the water more alkaline. And, but yeah, you know, I, I feel good.Ā ClaytenĀ āĀ IĀ have aĀ KangonĀ machine and itās excellent water. Different people have different opinions aboutĀ KangonĀ is just as good as anything Iāve everĀ tested,Ā I will put it that way. Yeah, theyāre expensive.Ā Debbie ā Yeah, yeah. Well, just so interesting. I mean, I, I probably could deal with even more hydration even though you know, in my skin that I could, even though I know Iām getting quite a bit Gosh, I donāt even know. Oh my gosh. I donāt know, Iām dealing with these like 30-ounce cups. And I probably drink a few of those few of those in a day. And Iām not a huge person. And hot tea as well. But I love FLFE itās great. I just love it.Ā Jeffrey ā How long have you been a subscriber Debbie?Ā Debbie ā Couple years? Yeah, couple years. Great. Yeah, itās, itās wonderful. We have it on a couple of our phones and on the house. And I love the Hawkins material. And the scale and all that. Itās really,Ā really good.Ā (30:00)Ā Jeffrey ā Great, Well, you with us.Ā ClatyenĀ āĀ TheĀ one point you mentioned tonight, Debbie, is that a lot of us, we think weāre hungry. WeāreĀ actually thirsty.Ā Debbie ā That is true. And I do find that water before and after I eat has probably been one of the things that has helped to lose the weight. And I know Iāve heard anyway that a lot of things that we eat or drink especially if they have sugar in them. And other some of the things you mentioned help to retain the fluid in the body. And so, you know, I guess the water just adds as an additional diuretic. Thatās what we heard. Yeah. Thank you so much. Thank you both so much for what you do. And itās great to say hello. And I appreciate so much who knows are and what you bring.Ā So,Ā thankĀ you very much.Ā ClatyenĀ Well, thank you, Debbie, for taking the time to talk to us. I see Serena put her hand up.Ā Serena ā I came in a few minutes late. And I know youāve said many times, how many and I think heĀ actually talkedĀ about liters in that cup. So how many liters a day were you saying that we need to take?Ā Jeffrey ā Are you on the free trial or have you been a subscriber for a little while?Ā Serena ā Iāve been a subscriber for a little while. I always just think Iām drinking enough. But then I went to look because I just think Iām going to the bathroom all the time.Ā I donāt want to drink anymore. But anyway, I just looked in these cups that I drink, like my tea out of holds 4 actual cups, which is just under a liter, I guessĀ Jeffrey ā Well, you can look at it in ounces. So, one of the recommendations that we followĀ withĀ Dr.Ā Buttar is half of your body weight in ounces. So, you would just take your weight in pounds, and just convert that into ounces, or just that same number in ounces, half of that per day.Ā Debbie ā You mentioned sea salt. And I usually have the Himalayan salt. So, is there a couple of different kinds of sea salt like iodized or something? And I remember from years ago, is there aĀ particular brandĀ or just regular old salt in any store? Do you have a recommendation there?Ā Jeffrey ā Well, you would want to find some salt thatĀ actually doesĀ a sea salt on it, you know, dried seawater. So, it just has so many different minerals, where a table salt is just sodium chloride.Ā (35:00)Ā So, youāre better off with sea salt.Ā MortonsĀ would just be your standard table salt. So, yeah, you canĀ find it almost anywhereĀ now, almost every grocery store carries it. So, an eighth of a teaspoon per liter. Whatever youāre most comfortable with. If you go to the website and type in hydration, thereās a page and the recommendations are in there in both ounces and in liters so both metricĀ andĀ American.Ā Debbie ā Yeah, I know in those days where I drink extra the next day, I look so much better when I look in the mirror and so it has that aspect to it to me to drink more.Ā Jeffrey ā Yeah, itāsĀ really helpfulĀ for our skin.Ā Debbie -YeahĀ it actually, likeĀ erases lines and stuff too. So, from the vanity standpoint.Ā Jeffrey ā Well we want to lookĀ good,Ā itāsĀ as good a reason as any to drink more water. It just shows the bodyās working well, you know when it has what it needs. And it is good to keep track if you can, count the number of glasses. And as I was saying earlier, you may have missed it. One of the things I do is start early in the morning, I just take in a lot of water.Ā You could take like a liter bottle of like Avion or some spring water, and I get water in five-gallon jugs. And Iāll just refill it. But so just first thing in the morning, just put down that liter and it just seems to really catch you up and make the rest of day go more easily.Ā Debbie ā Yeah, I have spring water. Iāve been using that for years, especially when I was in Texas where they put fluoride in theĀ waterĀ and I wouldnāt drink it from the tap. Yeah, so IĀ live in Oregon now and I continue that because I know even though the local water department, tells me how clear their water is because of all their filtration, theyāre still drugs and all kinds of things in the water that they donāt filter out.Ā Jeffrey ā Itās good to be in a region where you donāt have fluoride, but most of the United States still has it. And itās hard to get out of drinking water with a filter.Ā And, Itās very persistent.Ā Debbie ā Itās kind of expensive to get those filters that will take just about everything out of it. So, yeah, spring water works.Ā Jeffrey ā Howās it howās everything else going for you with FLFE?Ā DebbieĀ āĀ Good, good, life is bringing me challenges all the time that I guess I have to learn from. Over the last year since moving here a lot of things come up. So, I realized because I havenāt had so many things happening all the time. There is something that universe is trying to teach me or tell me and Iām in the process of trying to work that out.Ā Jeffrey ā Yeah, well, thatās a challenge we all have I mean itās, itās interesting to listen and flow with what wants to happen,Ā Debbie ā Right. And I my health is good, so I really donāt have anything to complain about. Iām grateful for all those good things. And, you know, I need to let go of the other irritating stuff that happens and move forward.Ā JeffreyĀ āĀ Well great to talk to you. Thanks for thanks for joining us tonight. We have a question fromĀ LeniĀ āĀ how are you?Ā (40:00)Ā LeniĀ –Good,Ā IāveĀ got a few questions. And sort of just a story that Iāve beenĀ really focused on waterĀ lately. And how important it is not just from the hydration level. But I wanted to ask you guys if you could kind of try to tie this in. Or if you have done any testing how it ties in with the effect it has on your hydration and you mentioned Dr. Emoto and thereās otherĀ more,Ā notĀ more advanced, but furthering that research. I donāt know the name of the scientist, but he seemedĀ really cool. I watched the new video that came out through the Resonance Academy and they postedĀ this video the other day, So Iāve been really conscious of water, like, especially the last month, itās just been like, wow, like, Iām really starting to understand how much we can impact the world through our conscious connection with water. And so, I have a beautiful water. Can I show since Iāve got my camera? Weāre here yet in Queensland. So, Iāve got this, now Iām not religious, by the way, but itās all about the Goddess. And Iāve got like a beautiful little water alter. I pray with the water with myĀ sonsĀ morning and night. And weāve got like that, and the little crystal grid there. We basically like bless our water. And weāve got a lovely water filter. And we donāt drink from the tap either. But we have friends that live out on a property and we go in the water that they get from the ground is the same water that you buy for like $8 Australian dollars a bottle you know, the 19 liter. I donāt know if you have these. So, I have a bit of water situation, which has been going for a while, so I like to fill them up at her property. And then I put them into that water filter. And so, itās like, the intention is really, you know, IĀ have toĀ keep filling that water up. If it doesnāt just come from a tap so Iām constantly having this direct communion almost with the water. I get a glass of water Iām grateful for it. Because itās come like Iāve been step by step with this water. And so how do you think that my question is, how do you think that actually or havenāt done testing on how that will affect the impact that has on your hydration?Ā Jeffrey ā Thatās a great question. Do you have some of the water? What was in the container thereby the altar stories that you already prayed? Which one have you prayed on? Can you show us some water that you have prayed on?Ā LeniĀ āĀ SoĀ this is the water and I basically just keep topping that up. And we pray with that all the time. And so, I know that that water is also evaporating into the air in the whole house. So maybe once a week after the top of that, because itās evaporated. So, I know that itās all coming into our environment as well as weāre drinking it too. I donāt drink that water. But I do like a little sort of thing where I put droplets around. And, you know, I do my own little intuitive thing. And itās still evolving. But and I think things like that become more and more and more simplified as you go. Like, through the years, like itās allĀ fairly freshĀ form. Itās still like, just go with it.Ā JeffreyĀ āĀ WellĀ we have found with food, that praying over the food, and really asking it to come to its highest appropriateness for you that you can get it up to 1000 on the scale. So, I would think the same is for water and yet I rememberĀ Clayten, you and I were in a hotel room and all we had was Dasani water, and weāre so thirsty. So, we just prayed on it. And we just watched it, and we kept measuring and watched it going up, andĀ itāsĀ level of appropriateness.Ā Leni ā So we had to fix the actual hydration like the amount your body can absorb that?Ā (45:00)Ā ClaytenĀ ā Well, we havenāt we donāt have percentages, you know, if the average level of letās say youāre 500 and you pray on your water for two minutes, you know, what prayers at usĀ what scale do you use, and you know, the scale of one to 100, where the water is the optimal level, you know what level is your water at? So, weāreĀ pretty conservativeĀ when we talk about things, but I know that it changes the surface tension of water when you pray on it. Iāve seen studies on that I donāt have the names in my head. But I certainly recall Dr.Ā EmotosĀ research where they had a monk pray on a body of water, a lake and it starts to change the structure of the whole body of water.Ā SoĀ I believe that if we pray on the water that it will hydrate more than if we donāt pray.Ā And we pray on food, which contains a lot of water. Well, some to almost all water, watermelons, probably 98% I would imagine a baked bread would be a lot less maybe five to 10%, Iām not really sure but praying on everything helps to become more absorbable, it raises the vibration. So, one thing about eating or drinking water, you know, you can like the Dasani for example. You can pray on it. And then youĀ have toĀ pray that as itās going through your GI tract as well. If you really want to, you know, get it to the highest degree you can through prayer. But I just donāt know that we have a number for you, our percentage that we can say that, you know, thatās increasing, but just encourage you to keep going. I think itās beautiful, what youāre doing.Ā Leni ā Iām a single mom. And Iāve got two babies, one is two and one is nine months. And the two-year-old has just started being really interested it so he wants to hop up here and do it with me. And he knows itās so beautiful. And the other thing I wanted to just while weāre on the topic of like praying with is the tone Hu is aĀ really lovelyĀ one. So sometimes while we pray with food or water or whatever. Instead of saying a prayer. We just keeping it really pure in the sound frequency and singingĀ HuĀ orĀ whatever you want in that tone. And you canĀ actually feelĀ that it just makes it whole. And also, what Iāve noticed, you can visualize a geometry around your food or water and it will justĀ againĀ makeĀ it whole and blessed. And like thatās a nice way to then ingest it.Ā Jeffrey ā Yeah, itāsĀ soĀ beautifulĀ to bring your kids in, you know, early to in this process. And, and the appreciation for the water, toĀ actually goĀ and get it somewhere and bring it home and that that gratitude and appreciation of it.Ā I bet your waterās amazing. Yeah, thanks for sharing all this with us. I just love the altar and the ceremony that youāre creating, just from your intuition, and sharing it with your kids. Yes, lovely. Thank you. Well, and I really appreciate FLFE and itĀ definitely hadĀ a big cleansing effect on our family. But now I think weāre cruising now so weāve Yeah, itās good. Thanks so muchĀ Jeffrey -Christopher -heāll probably have a couple upgrades he said heās a researcherĀ Christopher ā So I have a bit of a predicament Iād like to ask you guys a question about, since Iām aĀ pilots, Iām not able to stay hydrated all the time. Because thereās no toilet in the cockpit. So, is there any workaround or anything you guys might suggest as far as keeping my hydration levels high as possibleĀ but yetĀ we know the go to the four hours without using the restroom?Ā (50:00)Ā ClaytenĀ ā Well Iām assuming youāre probably managing thatĀ pretty wellĀ knowing you. The thought thatās coming to my mind itās an intuitive hit is a gel. Like a hydrating gel with a lot of extra minerals, right?Ā And that will probably give you a little bit of energy and optimize your minerals before youāre say going on a flight.Ā You sort ofĀ have toĀ get to know your body how much water can I drink before the flight? And how long do I have to drink it?Ā If Iām going to fly at noon I have to drink a bunch of water at six seven and eight because most of it will go through me by 11 and then Iām good for the four hours that Iām flying I think itās looking at your water cycle looking at how you intake it Chris and then if you feel like you need something up there I just Iām just visualize these little hydration packs with the gel to kind of give you a little boost just to help your concentration.Ā Christopher ā Yeah, I think thatās what Iām looking for isĀ some kind of wayĀ to keep my hydration level up as much as possible. I think theĀ gelĀ wouldĀ be a good way of doing that.Ā ClaytenĀ ā Thatās a gift from above, IĀ think .Ā Christopher ā Just quick thing on my son, I think he already left.Ā Prayer I found, depends upon the person. How much does it change the water when my son prays there is a different change than when I pray over water and when my wife prays overĀ water.Ā So, I find it depends on the person, the condition theyāre in at the time. And thereās a little thing that effect how powerful the prayer is.Ā Jeffrey ā Yeah, well, the level of consciousness at the time. And certainly, you know, what weāre seeing with the manifesting your people are seeing on the service ā their level of consciousness goes up being on the service, that level of conscious really affects what you put out in the universe. And what comes back, you know, sort of your broadcasting power, I guess, you know, including prayer.Ā ClaytenĀ ā Some people put rocks are crystals in their bottom of their water containers. And they find that that holds the intention a little bit better than water because the water is moving through all the time. So thatās another possibility that you can do. I agree with you, Chris. Itās one of those things you canāt say how much itās going to improve it because it depends on the person, their state, the prayer the source of the water. Itās a great question to ask.Ā Christopher ā Cool. Well, thanks. A lot guys I appreciateĀ FLFE .Ā I just bought a condo and put it on that as well. So, Iām using it quite a bit. So, appreciate what you guys are doing and always look to catch up with you guys whenever you have some time.Ā ClatyenĀ ā Anna Marie was asking what minerals do we use and why?Ā I use sea salt because itās inexpensive and itāsĀ really good.Ā but there is Celtic sea salt. I forgot to mention that earlier. I used to take mineral drops all the time, but I got out of the habit of it ā might be worth looking at it. Iām looking at getting a test Jeff on sort of test on looking at bone density and trying to find out where Iām at.Ā I havenāt done a lot of research on it.Ā And if weāre going to do something with kinesiology typically what weāll do is weāll do hundreds of examples of people that are in different states. So, we check people at different ages, different sources of water, thereās a lot of work to try to figure out how to do the test with kinesiology and feelĀ really comfortableĀ with the results. So, looking to do a little bone density test, I did one atĀ aĀ HealthĀ Food Fair few years ago, but might be worth paying attention to that and really up in my minerals if I need to.Ā Jeffrey ā Well, the fulvic minerals very interesting to look at.Ā On theĀ AmbayaĀ GoldĀ website on essence of life, thereās information about those minerals and why you know why theyāre important, whatās the benefit and I find in my own use of those minerals that they do help my energy level and, and my ability to hydrate with the water that Iām drinking.Ā (55:00)Ā So, thereās something about those fluvic minerals that are helpful and, with other minerals, if youāre receivingĀ magnesium, we talked a lot aboutĀ magnesium, but potassium is another one thatās important for us for our balance of minerals in our body. So those minerals around our nervous system and in muscle system balance, like calcium andĀ magnesiumĀ and potassium, so itās important to get those as well. And you can look at recommendations that are with doctors that you trust on those minerals, but and then thereās the trace minerals would be the coppers and some of the other things that you donāt need as much of but itās good to get small amounts of minerals.Ā ClaytenĀ ā Mario was asking with all the concern about the amount of plastics in our food and beverages, particularly bottled water. Whatās the best source of water for us to drink? Well, from a reduction of plastics point of view, I have a glass bottle which I showed you earlier. This is what I do that the office we have a water filterĀ here,Ā I fill it up sometimes I bring it in with myĀ KangonĀ water or sometimes Iāll just fill it up at the office.Ā We haveĀ aĀ systemĀ here itās not quite as good but itās still quite good. And it probably would be good for me to have a little sea salt container my desk and just put a pinch in.Ā From a from a plastics point of view. If you have a system on your tap thatās going to reduce your plastic consumption, I have a one-liter water thatās a Nalgene bottle. I carry that around a lot. I used to drink a lot of bottled water and I used to reuse the bottles like 5,6 or7 times. But plastic is an estrogen imitating chemical and it really affects our hormones, as Laurence said down below. So just from the place of reducing the amount of plastic, the more you can get it from the tap or have a little acreage, you can get it right from the well. Letās the best bet.Ā Jeffrey ā Yeah, I buy five-gallon bottles of water, I have it delivered in they are in glass. And the glass gets recycled and reused back and forth. But thereās no plastics there at all. And then usually I carry two leaders in a metal bottle. And thatās, when I move around the world, thatās what Iām drinking out of. So, I tend to not use plastics at all in any of my drinking containers. So thatās a great question.Ā ClaytenĀ ā Denny was asking, can you speak to us about fermented cod oil, cod liver oil or other oil and magnesium at night? Yeah, I find magnesium helps me sleep.Ā Sometimes if Iām restless, especially like say depending what time we finished tonight with all the lights that we have shining on so that you can see us the body is thinking itās the middle of the day because of all the blue lights coming into our retinas. Right so ultimately, we need about three hours of low light or without white light to optimizeĀ theĀ melatoninĀ production which helps asleep and itās also the bodyās most powerful antioxidant. Magnesium is one of those things you can do at night to help you sleep obviously we talked about essential fatty acids which cod liver oil is, or thereās a lot of essential fatty acid in it and magnesium within 30 minutes of each other to create the synergy in that food to optimize the myelin sheath and the nervous system. And our research said itās best not to eat past seven oāclock, but you know, I do it a couple times a week. So, taking supplements after seven is food so depends what you mean by you know, night thereās a few thoughts to share. And you probably have a few more Jeff.Ā Jeffrey āĀ Yeah, I definitely I take both of those at night I take fermented cod liver oil now that blue ice product I take two of those at night two in the morning and I do my third dose of magnesium at night along with some additional fish oil and it really does seem to help me particularly if Iāve been doing more exercise and my hips gets sore or tighter, thatĀ magnesium really helps at nightĀ so thatās a great thing to do.Ā (1:00:00)Ā And when I take it, I do seem to get up less to go to the bathroom in the night. So, havingĀ this additional mineralsĀ at night I think is important that way.Ā ClaytenĀ ā Yeah, sometimes hard to keep the EFAs ā Iām finding it a little bit difficult lately, probably because Iām exercising more to keep my levels up. So,Ā I might I mightĀ look at doing something different maybe at night more.Ā Jeffrey ā Yeah, I do a dose in the morning with breakfast, one at lunchtime and then again at night before bed when I remember I donāt do it every night.Ā ClaytenĀ ā Itās the night one that tends to fall off the consistency wagon. So, Lawrence was talking about the bottled water and the plastics and the different problems that are caused, in general. Any ideas about the situation?Ā Well, recently, Iāve seen as a young man who started a company thatās pulling plastic out of the ocean.Ā SoĀ thereās a gross kind of physical way that society is moving towards doing something I donāt know if thereās more plastic going into the ocean, probably still more plastic going in than is coming out. I think typically Lawrence we always look for individual responsibility to just get a water treatment system on your tap and or, and or like Jeff get it delivered and five-gallon bottles so that thereās less waste and less contact with water, I use a bottle plastic bottle that has no BPAs in it. I know Jeff says that he uses metal, so I would say taking personal responsibility is the first thing we can do.Ā Jeffrey ā Brian said Iāve listened to you guys with Ms. Regina. Could you go over what type of emergency stuff that you talked about? Clear the brain fog? Yeah, that was the emergency product that we talked about earlier. That wasĀ EmergenĀ C electro mix. That that was a product that most people can take it does have potassium in it which I think was helpful in the conversation that we had with Regina was the potassium balance. So thatās something you could add and during that conversation what also came up or and maybe one another conversation with her was essential fatty acids, was getting those fish oils that really helps its brain fog. The brain runs on fats, if you follow any of any of this body hacking. Itās going on with people putting fats in their coffee and bulletproof where theyāre really loading up on fats in the morning. Itās all about your brain. Itās all about feeding your brain fats. So, thatās something if youāre experiencing brain fog, you might up your levels of fats, particularly absorbable by the brain, small chain, coconut oil or fish oil can really help with that.Ā ClatyenĀ ā Yes, Glenn and Pamela said theyāve been a subscriber for about a year and a half, theyāve been taking the EFAs and magnesium since then, is it beneficial to keep taking them? Or is there a time when itās okay to stop because your myelin sheath has been improved? Thatās a great question. We had somebody call the office last week to ask that and so we were talking about it theĀ lunch roomĀ and you know, thereās no one answer for that. Iāve done 10s of thousands of calibrations on nervous systems we did so much research, Jeff, we did hundreds of experiments in different dosages. And so, Iāve got enough data on it that I trust my calibrations. So, I just tested it myself. But thereās no way that I know of, to calibrate the level of optimal efficiency of the nervous system in the context of achieving and staying in enlightenment that I know of other than kinesiology. So, I wish I had an answer for you. But I donāt, I havenāt found anything out there that is measuring theĀ strength of theĀ nervous system.Ā (1:05:00)Ā So, when you look at the strength of it, youāre looking at the size and the carrying capacity for energy. And thereās certainly Olympic athletes or the trainers of Olympic athletes. I forget the name of that one trainer back in Toronto. But heās been training Olympic athletes for decades, heās got one of the bestĀ trackĀ records the industry and his recommendations for potassium and magnesium were almost parallel to ours. And so, weāre finding more and more people that are recognizing this is a big deal. I just donāt know how to measure it. How you feel how you feel is one indicator, I know that ifĀ Iām exercising more, doing something different, spending a lot of time in a high consciousness field, I feel my body doesnāt feel as good if I if I get off my supplements for a couple days, it really starts to affect me. So, like, it affects my ability to stay in those fields and stay present with the energy and with whatās happening. So those are some guidelines. And if you find some way to measureĀ itĀ Iād love to know.Ā Jeffrey ā Well, itās an interesting context, the context of achieving enlightenment. So, if you look at the Hawkins map, and weāve done calibrations on different people around the planet, for example, Amma the Hugging Saint, at 850 or 840 on the Hawkins map. And itās very few people at those high levels, but the amount of energy, the amount of light that they carry or that they shine is just incredible, you know, logarithmically when youāre talking about every average of 400 and North America up to 850, itās just an incredible amount of energy. So, if weāre on a path of self -development and growth, and weāre continuing to rise in consciousness, then our nervous system keeps up by increasing in size, it seems to be a natural effect that happens and to do that we need those nutrients. So, I donāt know it all depends on where you are in your life, and what kind of accelerated path youāre on. And asĀ ClaytenĀ said, how much time you spend in a high consciousness field like healers, people that create a high consciousness field for a living, need to feed that system just for it to continue to be strong and continue to build its capacity. One of the things we found that many healers, and many people that areĀ channellingĀ and doing other things there at 7, you know, they go to 700 on the Hawkins map during while they do that work, and it seems to just like suck up the magnesium and the essential fatty acids to just disappears from your system.Ā SoĀ there are things going on there that we may not completely understand. But it does seem to take a lot of that if youāre spending time in high consciousness fields.Ā ClaytenĀ ā We have another person my Monique, sheās been sheās been putting your hand up here.Ā Monique ā Hi. I want to know, what do you recommend for children under five for hydration?Ā Jeffrey ā Good question. Well, I wouldnāt say we have a very well- defined definition there. So, the body weight you know what I would do isĀ take a lookĀ at Dr. Buttarās advanced medicine website but there may be other sites that suggest hydration levels for children. And thatās where I would start. I mean, I think our half the body weight in ounces is geared towards adults. So I think, yeah, you need to do a little bit of research out there and see what you could find, but love to hear back because we could add it to our site once you know if you find some research.Ā (1:10:00)Ā Monique ā Thank you. I appreciate everything that you do go great. I just wondered about things that you knewĀ ā I was thinking about the watermelon juice, coconut water, you know, things like that, in addition to good alkaline water, but I was just wondering if you already had some testimony?Ā JeffreyĀ āĀ NotĀ as of yet, but weād love to hear.Ā ClaytenĀ ā One of the things I did come up in our research today was that about 20% of the hydration is typically best to come from your foods. So, if thereās a formula for half your body weight in ounces of hydrating liquid, then the balance of the hydration would come from the food. So thatās something to consider as well. Looks like Sandra is also requesting got her hand up.Ā SandraĀ āĀ ThisĀ isnāt a hydration question. I have tried the home and the trial and the phone trial. And in the beginning, I love it. I loveĀ love, love it. And then and then energy like, I donāt know how long it is, maybe a week, the energy seems to gather and get stuck in my head. And then I have to turn it off becauseĀ I canāt I canātĀ handle it. Youāre just increasing and increasing. Have you heard of this? Can you do you have anything to say? Because I love I love it, but I canāt keep it on.Ā Jeffrey ā What kind of experience was it being stuck in your head? WasĀ itĀ headaches or just a feeling of energy? What was happening for you?Ā Sandra ā It feels like, around my third eye, it just starts to get this pressure and more and more and more. This is both on the home and the mobile. The home one started to make me really dizzyĀ as well itāsĀ stronger I think, right?Ā ClaytenĀ ā Itās clearing the negative history off the land. So, itās a little different type of energy, though. And how long have you tried this for?Ā Sandra ā I tried both the 15-day trials.Ā ClatyenĀ ā Well, one of my assumptions right off the bat is that thereās a period of adaptation that some people experience. And I was thinking of Ashleyās brother, down in Sedona, Jeff. And they found that they can have it on for a couple hours of a day. And it wasĀ really greatĀ for them, then whatever was going on in their life, or whatever is going on the land. And theyāre bothĀ pretty highlyĀ evolved people doing personal work for decades. HeāsĀ a heāsĀ a shaman and a tour guide in Sedona and is really quite a lovely person. He found that it was only three or four hours a day that he feltĀ really greatĀ with it. And then he said he started having too much energy in his body.Ā So that would be something I would consider for you is to experiment with it. The assumption for me would be that as your body adapts to this energy and itās doing all these metabolic healings and other things that it does when it has extra energy the body is so intelligent it takes energy is just starts doing things with it. Youāll adapt to the energy over time. That was my assumption with Ashleyās brother, butĀ IĀ havenātĀ talked to for quite a while. I donāt know if heās on the service anymore. Thatās what I would suggest with you is toĀ try it for a certainĀ number of hours a day and then bump it up. And if it starts to get too much, then just back it off.Ā (1:15:00)Ā Jeffrey ā So, you could do another free trial. Just ask the office and let them know you talked to us. Weāre happy to start another free trial for you. And then you can just turn it on and off. Try it for a shorter amount of time and see what happens. You know, we have had people that are very sensitive to energy, and they feel it flowing through their bodies. Getting stuck doesnāt seem to be often that we hear that though people say they get a sensation in their third eye when theyāre feeling a lot of energy.Ā ClaytenĀ ā Well, I would suggest you look at an energetic medicine process, Sandra, where, if you ask your body to release anything restraining you from integrating the FLFE energy and ask the body where that sensation is in its own innate intelligence for this considering the chakras, the nerves, the aura considering all those things, and if your body is trying to adapt to the energy you can ask it,Ā is the sensation beneficial for you and just try to stay with it. Or is it a little overwhelming? So, you could ask the body that and then you can ask the body to give you the sensation in its system where the energy wants to best be utilized. And so, what you might find is that it might switch from the head to another part of your of your system, maybe to a different chakra, maybe to a different energy center, but our bodies are full of energy centers, it might down to you know, to the shoulder. Iāve had a lot of that I had a shoulder injury a long time ago. So, and but weāre just trying to move the energy through the body, it can tend to find those weak spots and get a little bit stagnant there. So, I would try that as well.Ā Sandra ā Okay, all right. This also happens to me when Iām on my computer. I can only spend a little amount of time on my computer because I get the same sensation in my head. My third eye ā that gets painful.Ā JeffreyĀ āĀ Interesting. Well, I wonder if youāre EMF sensitive. You might as you go back on the free trial. If you want to do that. You could ask someone in the office, tell them that youād like to try the EMF mitigation program covering right now weāre just launching a pre-launch. Itās a pre-launch experience. And then in December, it will go on to the services a regular part of the service. So, if thatās happening, that thatās a clue. I had someone who I was talking to it was extremely tired, couldnāt do anything around the house,Ā could even couldnātĀ even take a shower a day. And when she went on the EMF mitigation, we thought it was Lyme disease. And when she went on the EMF mitigation, she started to get her energy back and she was able to work. Some people are very sensitive to it.Ā Sandra ā Iām very sensitive to that.Ā Jeffrey ā We have this EMF mitigation program, which harmonizes the energy from the EMFs in the location where you are this right now, itās just for the home and when we launch it in in December to be for the phone as well. But so, itās either mitigating or itās neutralizing, or itās sort of dissipating the energy. So be that may be helpful for you. Because it feels like youāre thatās causing you some discomfort.Ā All right. Well, are there any final questions?Ā (1:20:00)Ā ClaytenĀ ā People are wondering how to measure hydration and the body and there is a skin test. And Joanne is mentioning that. Weāre just sort of testing the level of consciousness of the different skin tests. What they do is they suggest is you take a piece of skin and hold it up and see how long it takes to go down and that will tell you how hydrated you are. So, I just havenāt run the numbers on it. So, I think there is some truth to it, but I just donāt know how much.Ā AndĀ AllenĀ was asking about four-stage water. We had a friend up this summer and he brought his four-stage water machine. We were using it around theĀ officeĀ and we were finding that it had an effect, thereās a positive effect, especially in recuperation. So, I donāt know like during a meeting, you know, when you can get tired near the end. It just felt like when you had that thing, you just bounce back faster than usual. I have a rebounder in my and office Iāll jump and down on the rebounder. Or Iāll go for a walk. Thatās one of my ways to recuperate. But this is another way and I donāt know about theĀ particular oneĀ that heās mentioning. But four-stage water is an integrous concept from our research with the Kinesiology. Margaret is asking about mega hydrate. Thatās a good very good product. We did mention it itās from Patrick Flanagan ā Iām not sure if he is a doctor or not, but itās a good product.Ā Do you measure energy in the water? We typically measure the level of appropriateness of the water Brian as an overall kind of substance. So that is energy to a degree we use the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness or more accurately, of parallel scale to the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness. You could use it for such at scale, and weāre doing muscle testing or kinesiology. Thatās how weāre measuring it.Ā Jeffrey ā Yeah, Brad, I think weāre all different. For me, itās taking that liter of water first thing in the morning. Itās been important, it doesnāt seem to come through me very fast. Itās like Iām in a deficit at the time. HeāsĀ asking about,Ā whether itās more efficient for the body to take small doses over time, rather than a liter at once. And I think youāre right, in general, that it can go through youĀ pretty quicklyĀ if you if you kind of overwhelmed the bodyās ability to absorb it. And I find when IāmĀ really behind, you know, where Iām really dehydrated, that pounding down a liter really helps me get back. But I think there is some overrun that happens on a quick trip to the bathroom. I think itās interesting that spacing out the doses, those seem to work for me during the day and drinking liter seems to work for me first thing in the morning.Ā ClatyenĀ ā The other good thing about drinking a liter first thing in the morning Brad or large amount, if you drink it quickly,Ā itĀ kind of flushes your system from the night before, right? So oftentimes, when you go to the bathroom, the urine will be foamy in the toilet, because thatās a sign that itās cleansing. And so thatās part of the benefit. I didnāt mention that earlier about drinking a literĀ pretty quicklyĀ in the more or a large enough amount that you kind of flush the system out. And when I was doing it right away, and more within a few minutes of getting up. And then half an hour later, I have my breakfast. And thatās what really worked.Ā Lauraās asking about Gerald Pollacks work and itāsĀ definitely good.Ā (1:25:00)Ā Eating water from vegetables is desirable, especially it itās organic, itās more and more important, and the issue ofĀ drinking waterĀ around meals, I try not to drink right before a meal, I try to do large amounts of water in between meals. So thatās something from Grant and Pamela as well, we hadnāt mentioned yet today. So, letās, letās close it up. Jeff, do you have some last thoughts, Iām just gathering mine.Ā Jeffrey ā Well, Iām just very grateful for the community and for these discussions and, and your input, there are many, many useful insights here tonight. And we just couldnāt do it without you. And IāmĀ really gratefulĀ to have you with us on this journey. And thereās just more to come and just very excited and to see where weāll be a year from now. I mean, we know we have the EMF program thatās coming thatās in December and then following that next year we will be introducing the brain optimization which will pull all this together. So, weāre justĀ really excitedĀ by all that and just your community Facebook page and all of you that write in and call into the office and join us on these webinars. So, thank you for all you do in the world.Ā ClaytenĀ ā I also want to express my gratitude for the questions and you taking the time to watch these and, interact with us. Itās interesting how much research weāve done on water. And then in the planning of the webinar, we still forget to mention things like try not to drink just before a meal. That stuff is almost obvious, but I forgot that itās true. But thatās just an example of how the community can help each other because youĀ remindingĀ us helps me remember all the research weāve done and, and itās helpful to not drink right before you eat. So, itās justĀ really niceĀ that weāve been able to talk to people Jeff, more and more recently, with people putting our hands up. Itās much more interesting and fun than just answering questions in the Q and A.Ā Itās difficult sometimes to put your questions into a sentence or two. Itās a good discipline in some ways, but itās just delightful to talk to everybody. Itās nice to get to know you personally. And I just look forward to more of these conversations and we are looking at doing a pretty big upgrade on the hydration aspect of our website and our service, so weāll just let you know when that when that comes out. Thank you.Ā [/av_textblock] [/av_one_full]
