Send an email to email@example.com or call our office at 250-352-9909 weekdays between 9AM and 5PM PST. Even if you cancelled with your credit card, please phone or email FLFE to notify us of any changes in your subscription. Notice of cancellation must be received at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
Monthly subscription fees paid to date will not be refunded to the Subscriber, but the Subscriber will not be charged any additional subscription fees for the next billing cycle following the date we receive the notice of cancellation.
Annual or 6-month subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refund will be given after 9 months on the service for an annual subscription and no refund will be given after 4 months on the service for a 6-month subscription. Those subscriptions will be refunded as follows:
Home Subscriptions: Total amount paid less a $30 admin fee and less $30 for each full month on the service.
Business Subscriptions: Total amount paid less a $50 admin fee and less $50 for each full month on the service.
Non-Profit Subscriptions: Total amount paid less a $15 admin fee and less $15 for each full month on the service.
